This week i have learn on company external environment which is PESTEL analysis and PORTER 5 FORCES....

First of all, i will explain on PESTEL analysis..It consist of 6 components which is:

P-Political

    E-Economic

S-Social

T-Technological

E-Environmental

L-Legal

Besides that, I will explain on PORTER 5 FORCES. It consist of  5 components which is:

-Threat of new entrance

-Bargaining power of supplier

-Bargaining power of buyers

-Threat of substitutes

- Competition from rival seller

In addition

I also learn about Robin Hood case study in tutorial class with madam Huda which was so sporting. I and my classmates learn how to analyse the case study using PESTEL analysis and PORTER 5 FORCES which

was so interesting to learn. I was enjoying the class.
