CH 8: Corporate Culture...

For our understanding in this topic, Miss Ummi have asked us to analyse case study on 1901 hot dog which is Malaysian company..(surprisingly)

It was an interesting case study..

In the tutorial class, Madam Huda have teach us how to read case study more interesting and easy to identify the points for making TOWS analysis using COLOURFUL STICKY NOTES...(so cute)







Besides that, Madam Huda also tell a story on Thai movie which is 'The Billionaire'...
it is about how a boy age 18 years old can be a successful entrepeneur...
he sell seaweed products and his products can be found at 7 eleven...
The movie was based on the real story of the owner..

No Lecture..........but sharing session with.....

Today, i will update on what i have learn from sharing session with O-SHIMA Restaurant with the owner of the restaurants which is Mrs. Asnidar Hanim Yusuf...




For your information, she had Degree and Master in Engineering...but now she pursue her studies at USIM in business...

Besides,she also willing to take risk because she open the business without knowledge on business and she also started the business to big restaurants at first which make her fails.

She also brave to accept challenges of her business such as the difficulty to get halal certificate from JAKIM.
The session was really enjoying and it inspired me a lot..
Thank you so much mrs. asnidar because willing to share her experience set up and managing the reality business..

I and my classmates have analyse Aras mega case study given by miss Ummi using this TOWS analysis...

Its quite difficult because first we have to do SWOT analysis, and after that we have to 'kawinkan' the SWOT analysis point to create new point or madam Huda called it as 'nama anak'..hehe
